What will the deposition cost me?

Cost is one of the biggest advantages of partnering with Accurate Vision for all of your deposition video because we devise a rate schedule that is tailor-made to your requirements and specifications, and therefore highly cost effective for your organization.

While we do service some law firms and attorneys who over the years have grown accustomed to booking their video with us directly, the bulk of our client base consists of court reporting firms, litigation support firms and other video companies. In other words, we are a "behind the scenes" video department for multiple types of firms who book video depositions, and each of them have unique requirements and specific budget restrictions. We are therefore very diligent when it comes to devising rate schedules that are tailor-made for each of our clients.

Some of the more common factors that we will take into account when devising a deposition rate schedule for your firm are:

  • the geographic locations of your depos
  • the quantity of depos you book with us
  • the billing method (we will bill jobs to your firm at discount rates which are suitable for you to mark-up and pass on, or we will bill jobs directly to your client and pay your firm a referral fee on each job)
  • whether or not you require us to handle your post-production

In short, our goal is to provide you with deposition-video rates that improve the bottom line on every deposition you set.
