STEP 1:
Call or fax our business office, toll free, with the details of
your deposition or video needs. Regardless of the seemingly
impossible nature of your scheduling problems, don’t hesitate
to contact us. For example, we have filled requests which
arrived at our office just two hours prior to the scheduled
deposition. If you placed your order by fax, you will receive
a return fax or telephone call, confirming receipt of your
information.
STEP 2:
Rest assured that your needs will be met. That’s right! There
is nothing else to worry about. Accurate Vision’s Worldwide
Network goes into action immediately upon receipt of your order.
We make all arrangements and meet all of your needs promptly
and to your complete satisfaction.
STEP 3:
Receive as many copies as you need of the video-taped deposition
via Federal Express. Once the deposition is complete, the master
tapes are immediately sent to Accurate Vision headquarters by
the network videographer. Here they undergo scrutiny by our
Qualifications Division. If needed, video and/or audio
enhancement and correction are performed. Copies of the master
tapes are then made to your specifications and shipped to you via
Federal Express. Your master tapes remain in the Accurate Vision
Archive, where they can be used to produce additional copies if
need be. Under normal circumstances, Accurate Vision guarantees
delivery of copies within two weeks of your order. At your request,
however, expedited copies can be shipped sooner, including one
copy which can be hand-delivered by the videographer immediately
upon completion of the deposition.
